Walking distance to the beach and town. Two stories gave privacy for everyone in the house. Two living rooms allowed the kids to watch movies downstairs and the adults to relax upstairs. Fun finds of games, gates to help retain the puppy and a hot tub! Downstairs layout wasn’t exactly as we had plans bed but ended up working just fine.

We had a great weekend at the Broadmoor House! Very comfortable for our three generation annual gathering!
Just a couple things to suggest adding: dish towels (we purchased one to contribute), and a vegetable peeler. Otherwise, the house was very well furnished.
We plan to reserve for next year!
Also, Charles responded very quickly to questions/concerns!

Comfortable mid century split level home with everything a family could need. We stayed for a week and had semi-local family dropping in. It's a great place for entertaining. Large outdoor living space and a reasonable walk to the south end of the promenade. We will definitely stay here again. This is an older home. There are some pings and dings. All the appliances are new and there are tech upgrades throughout such as a Nest thermostat so the only thing vintage about the house is cosmetic.

The house was very clean, cutely decorated, we loved the fenced in yard for our dog. The kitchen and dining room was great to cook at and play games. Would definitely stay here again! The tv upstairs was placed in a weird location.

Gated backyard was a plus for our puppy Mimi & Kids. Very beautiful house and good neighborhood. It was close to where our son had his basketball tournament so very convenient. The karaoke was a plus kids got to sing downstairs. The walk to the beach was a plus also. Wish there was pullout couches maybe an air fryer? We didn’t really now how to use the oven on the gas stove maybe some instructions next time?

The house was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were good size and provided privacy for each of us. The backyard was fully fenced and the yard was very well maintained. The neighborhood was so quiet and we enjoyed going for a walk in the evenings. The house had all the comforts of home!! There isn't anything I didn't like.
