was a great place for my family to stay to watch our grandson at Horn Rapids Orv park. it was was plenty spacious enough for 6 people and very short commute to the track. would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean, cutely decorated, we loved the fenced in yard for our dog. The kitchen and dining room was great to cook at and play games. Would definitely stay here again! The tv upstairs was placed in a weird location.

The home was comfortable for our families short stay. My husband does not care to leave the comfort of home, but the couch helped fill a bit of that void😉❤️

We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to others. There was room to spread out and the kitchen was great for cooking. Our pets had room to play and a market just down the street helped when we needed a few items.

we loved the stay and felt right at home. The kitchen here is amazing. we found the grill to be out of propane and the host quickly resolved the situation by getting us a bottle before the end of the day. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Charles & Paula's home was a wonderful surprise for our trip. In the past, we have stayed nearby at local hotels with limited square footage. The Broadmoor House was the perfect solution for 4 adults, and a 5-night stay. All of us felt right at home, with plenty of room. Also, having a full kitchen and outside grill made our stay even better.
If you're planning a trip to the Pasco area, don't hesitate to stay here. We will certainly plan our future trips to the area around The Broadmoor Home.

Great Kitchen with state of the art appliances, a wine fridge and lots of wine glasses, plenty of cooking pans and utensils and a selection of teas. Two comfy living room spaces and a dining room give lots of room to gather. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

Gated backyard was a plus for our puppy Mimi & Kids. Very beautiful house and good neighborhood. It was close to where our son had his basketball tournament so very convenient. The karaoke was a plus kids got to sing downstairs. The walk to the beach was a plus also. Wish there was pullout couches maybe an air fryer? We didn’t really now how to use the oven on the gas stove maybe some instructions next time?

The home was exactly as listed and suited our needs perfectly. I really appreciate their flexibility in allowing our dogs to join us on the visit. I would stay there again.
